About RASP
We build software for the operations that cannot stop.
RASP exists because the most critical rosters in the economy are still built in spreadsheets, validated from memory and corrected after the fact. We think that is a solvable problem.
Our philosophy
Automate the routine. Empower people to manage the exceptions.
Shift-based operations do not fail because people lack judgement. They fail because judgement is buried under administration — rebuilding rosters, chasing availability, re-checking rules, reconciling timesheets.
RASP takes the mechanical work and does it reliably, every time. What is left is the part that actually needs a human: the exception, the trade-off, the call that has to be made now with incomplete information.
That is the whole design brief. Compliant scheduling made easy, so your best people spend their day on the operation rather than on the paperwork behind it.

What we value
How we make decisions.
Operations first
We design for the person running the shift at 3am, not for the demo. If it does not help on the floor, it does not ship.
Rules made explicit
Compliance knowledge should live in a system that can explain itself, not in the head of one experienced planner.
Automate, then get out of the way
Software should absorb the repetitive work and hand people the judgement calls with the context they need.
Earn the trust
In safety-critical operations, reliability is the feature. We would rather be dependable than novel.
Careers
Work on problems with real consequences.
Our customers move cargo, keep the lights on and answer emergency calls. If that appeals more than another dashboard, we should talk.
We are not advertising open roles at the moment.
